Ash Nashed, Founder and CEO

Dr. Ash Nashed, MD is the Founder of Adiant and serves as its Chief Executive Officer. He is a recognized pioneer in the online health information industry, having launched one of the Web’s first medical websites in 1994. Dr. Nashed Co-Founded TheHealthCentralNetwork in 1999, which grew into the second largest online health information network in the US and sold the company in 2005 to a group of blue chip investment firms. He also founded DealOn/Offerex, a daily deal exchange, which he sold to ReachLocal in 2011. Dr. Nashed is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and he is on the Board of Directors of Emergency Medical Associates, one of the nation’s largest medical groups.

Jon Carmen, SVP of Operations

Jon Carmen has been building online companies since the early days of the Internet. He’s an experienced online marketing and advertising professional with over 15 years of hands on knowledge. Prior to becoming SVP of Operations at Adiant, Mr. Carmen was Head of Agency Relations at Pulse360. Additionally, he had instrumental roles at Furniture.com, VideoShare and StringThis.com.
Rafael Cosentino

Rafael Cosentino, SVP Business Development

Rafael Cosentino has worked within the online media and advertising space for over 15 years. He has helped build several highly successful businesses by creating large distribution and syndication networks in collaboration with the Web’s largest publishers. Companies Rafael has had a role in building include Healthology, Advanstar, RealMatch, DealOn and Adblade.
